Residents recovering from surgery or various types of illness can come to Evergreen Health and Rehabilitation Center to regain their independence and functionality. Every patient’s singular needs are addressed in a well-coordinated personal “Plan of Care” meeting. At Evergreen, patient care is always our #1 priority, and it’s delivered by an interdisciplinary team that includes registered nurses, therapists, and certified professionals who use progressive technology and strong fundamental rehabilitation techniques.
We follow strict infection protocols issued by our local and state departments of health, as well as by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to help combat COVID-19.
Our highly qualified staff delivers a treatment plan in a rehabilitation environment customized for each individual, with treatments determined by the patient, clinical staff, and attending physician.
